To add your property in realtransac.com you have to agree terms of use.
There are two different terms of use for adding your Property(ies) on the portal, one for Individuals ads and the second for Professionals ads.
Depending on your case, you will find terms of use clearly displayed when creating your ad.

There are several plans for adding your ad(s) on portal, whatever your are a Professional or an Individuals, in both cases there are free and paying plans, you will choose your plan during your process of creation of your ad, it will be clearly displayed.

The property search on www.realtransac.com is open to everyone.

Inquiries on properties can be done either by phone if it is shown on the property details, either through the inquiry form displayed on properties details pages.
Forms of inquiries contain a field for your name, ph. num., email, and text fields for the request.
The text field for the request shall not contain neither phone number nor URL or HTML code.

You can find a small red flag on each property, if you think this ad is doubtful you can report it by clicking it.
